1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup chopped onions

3/4 cup dry bread crumbs

1 Tbsp parsley

1/2 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 egg

1/2 cup milk



1/4 cup flour

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

2 cups water

3/4 cup sour cream


Combine first 9 ingredients. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Cook meatballs – remove from skillet. Combine flour, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add flour mixture to drippings. Cook on low heat until smooth. Remove from heat. Add water slowly. Cook on low and add sour cream. Add to cooked meatballs and serve over egg noodles.
